WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?

If for any reason a camper needs to make a camp cancellation, then they need to do so by the cancellation deadline to receive a full refund. If a camper wishes to cancel due to an injury at any time, a doctor’s note will need to be secured stating that the camper is unable to athletically compete, and then the camper will receive a full refund.

All camps have a small non-refundable processing fee after June 1, 2018. Balance must be paid in full upon arrival at registration.

HOW DO I OBTAIN THE FAMILY DISCOUNT CODE?

The discount codes auto-populate as complete the online registration.  When registering for camp with a mail-in method, please contact April Sanchez at 208.530.5037 or email sancapri@isu.edu

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A COMMUTER AND RESIDENT CAMPER?

Commuter campers receive identical training instruction as resident campers, however, commuters are responsible for providing their own breakfast and transportation to and from camp. Commuters pay to eat lunch and dinner in the Turner Cafeteria for the duration of camp.

Resident campers pay for all of their meals while they are at camp, and pay to stay in the residence halls during camp. Resident campers will be responsible for their own breakfast on the first day of camp, and then their meal plan will cover the duration of camp.

WHERE DO I GO FOR CHECK-IN AND REGISTRATION ON THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP?

Registration will be held on the southwest end of Reed Gymnasium, which is the side of the building that faces Cadet Field.  Registration tables will be visible upon entering through the gymnasium doors.  Balance must be paid in full at registration.  Whether a commuter or a resident camper, make sure you check in with the ISU coaching staff at Registration. Campers need to check the email used during the registration process, because as camp approaches they will receive campus maps, parking instructions, and other important registration information.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD PACK FOR CAMP?

Commuters should bring the following items:
  • Athletic Shoes
  • Knee Pads
  • Water Bottle

Resident campers are encouraged to bring the following items:

  • Athletic Shoes
  • Knee Pads
  • Water Bottle
  • Pillow
  • Bed Linens: Sheets
  • Sleeping Bag/Blankets
  • Bath Towel
  • Face Towel
  • Shower Flip-Flops
  • Bathroom Toiletries
  • Alarm Clock
  • Snacks

Upon request, you may rent a linen packet from ISU Housing for $8.00, which may be used throughout the entirety of your stay.  The linen set contains bed sheet, flat sheet, pillow case, face cloth, and a showering towel.

WHAT SAFETY FEATURES EXIST IN THE RESIDENCE HALLS?

Campers will be staying in suites in the Rendezvous Housing Complex AND Turner Hall this summer.

Rendezvous suites contain four rooms and one shared bathroom. Every suite and room has its own hard key, and to gain access to the residence hall floors via elevator or stairs one must have a key card. At least one camp staff member will be housed on each floor, and is required to do room checks every night at 11:00 PM to ensure campers are in their beds. During Team Camp, high school coaches will be responsible for doing room checks. Also, ISU Housing will have a conference staff member on-call 24 hours in case of emergencies or if assistance is needed. Rendezvous itself will be locked 24-7, and the only access in will be with a key card.

For more information or inquiries, please contact Jordan Withers at confrnce@isu.edu  or Ariel Sanchez at sancarie@isu.edu.

ARE CAMPERS ALLOWED TO REQUEST A ROOMMATE FOR THE DURATION OF CAMP?

  • First and last name of both campers who would like to room together
  • Name of the ISU Volleyball Camp
